So here's the quick refresher.

Kanye went on BBC Radio 1 with Zane Lowe and gave an interview that was full of hyperbole and crazy general Kanye-speak (wherein he basically talks about how hard it is to be so rich and talented), which Kimmel and his team decided was just too good to not rip the piss out of and so got two kids to sit in and re-create the interview.

Somewhat unsurprisingly, Kanye didn't like the joke too much. So what did he do? Well, as Kimmel will explain, he called Jimmy and demanded a public apology. Again unsurprisingly, Kimmel did not give him that satisfaction. So Kanye did what most celebs do these days and decided to rip Jimmy a new one on Twitter in a series of seriously explicit tweets (so here's your NSFW warning). In all caps of course. Of course, seeing as this is A) amazing publicity and B) Kimmel isn't one to take things lying down, he addressed it on his show last night and basically celebrated the fact that he's reached a new apex now that he is finally in a rap feud. The handbags are well and truly drawn people. Now we just have to wait to see how Kanye responds. Fingers crossed he does some crazed rant on FaceTime or Vine to keep this really 21st century.
