It's so nuanced that it's hard to pick up on, but as the stylist is flapping around the singer, fiddling with all her frills, Beyonce quietly snaps "stop it." Said stylist's face says it all... We almost feel like giving her a hug, telling her 'chin up', she was 'just trying to do her job' and 'the pain will ease with time' - assuming the internet lets her forget the incident. Which isn't likely.
