We don’t know what’s going on with Taylor Swift at the moment…

The pop star recently deleted all her social media accounts while her official website, taylorswift.com, went dark.

The wiping of her accounts came just days after she won a sexual assault case against a former DJ of a Denver radio station who groped her. In a statement following the jury's decision, she said: “My hope is to help those whose voices should also be heard. Therefore, I will be making donations in the near future to multiple organizations that help sexual assault victims defend themselves.”

Now matters get more mysterious again as Taylor, for the first time since deleting all the content on the accounts, has posted a gif of a snake across her Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts. The short fuzzy video crackles as the grey CGI snake wriggles menacingly.

It’s hard to tell whether the snake is a pointed hit back at Taylor’s critics who have in the past referred to her as a ‘snake.’

Fans have suggested that the symbol could be in promotion of new music from the singer-songwriter, who hasn’t released an album in three years (they noted how all her social media accounts were wiped on the third anniversary of hit single ‘Shake It Off’).

In any case, fans are going nuts:
