Britney Spears' new fella has signed a confidentiality agreement.

The 'Perfume' singer's father (who's only ever has her best interests at heart), Jamie Spears, reportedly insisted Charlie Ebersol sign a non-disclosure contract before introducing him to the 32-year-old star after they met to discuss a TV project.

OK, so, to clarify, this is the third person in a row Jamie Spears has set his daughter up with (the other two being David Lucado and former fiance Jason Trawick)... Is it me, or is that creepy? Then again, perhaps Jamie has a point - Britney did meet husband number 1 and Kevin Federline of her own accord. And let's not even get into whatever the f*** that situation was with Sam Lufti.

A source said the 31-year-old TV producer - whose father is Saturday Night Live co-creator Dick Ebersol and mother is actress Susan St. James - didn't mind signing the document, as he knew he would be required to do so because Britney is still legally under her father's guardianship via a conservatorship following her public breakdown in 2007.

The insider also revealed the aspiring director is taking the agreement very seriously and has told his friends nothing about the pop star, as there are "severe" penalties for violating it even though their romance is not "serious yet," according to TMZ.com.

Britney shared a couple of snaps of herself and himself on her Instagram over the weekend after confirming they are dating.

Last week, she said: 'Yes there is a special someone. It's very new.' You can read all about that here...
