The details? Well she'd previously told the po po that she wasn't driving her Porsche during the accident earlier this year. Y'know, the one which involved colliding into the back of a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway. However, as TMZ report, several witnesses have since claimed that she was in fact behind the wheel, so the case is to be filed as a misdemeanour by the Santa Monica City Attorney. What's also come out is that police found lots of pills in the boot of her car. Not much of a surprise that.
So what next for LiLo? It's like a game of keepy uppys; how many days can she go before running, once more, into trouble?
