It does happen from time to time. And her face says it all, in an "Eeeeh, did he mean to put his hand there, just keep smiling as if nothing's happening" way, when really what one should do is immediately back away and say "I'm not comfortable with that." Failing the diplomacy, many others would shove the wandering hand away, and/or knee its owner squarely in the nads.
Unfortunately, when faced with one of their idols, many would've inadvertently gone with the "frozen" option. The "Surely Justin Bieber couldn't be groping me in full view of quite a few people, and a photographer, brain does not compute this" scenario.
And yet it happened. And it wound up on his fan website, Bieberfever.com. And then it got swiftly removed.
The Sun reports: "The teen heart-throb was posing for pictures with devoted followers at the event in Miami when he seems to have casually placed his hand underneath the girl's boob, his other arm wrapped gently around her shoulder. The girl in question is seen smiling awkwardly in the image - which was later posted in a photo gallery on his fan club website BieberFever.Com before being removed."
It could just be a rather unfortunate slip of the hand... One of his slip ups of late.
