As the details of Johnny Depp's financial proclivities come to light, his former managers are claiming that Depp repeatedly refused their advice when it came to his extravagant spending.

The details of the lawsuit, which have now been made public, claim that the actor was spending upwards of $200,000 a month on private planes, $300,000 a month to maintain a personal staff of around 40 people and an astonishing $30,000 a month on wine.

As we reported some time ago, Depp is currently suing his former managers at TMG for mismanaging his finances. Depp has since claimed that he has had to sell property in order to pay off debts that were incurred as a result of TMG's mismanagement.

However, TMG's countersuit claims that Depp was repeatedly made aware that he was spending more than he was earning. The suit claims that Depp "often responded by rebuking and cursing his business managers for issuing such warnings and advice, while increasing his extravagant lifestyle and spending, and demanding that his business managers find some way to pay for it all."

TMG also claims that Depp owes them $4.2 million from a loan they gave him for $5 million and filed a non-judicial foreclosure on his home in order to recoup this debt.

TMG are seeking a jury trial, which will mean most - if not all - of Depp's financial records and payments could potentially be made public.
