That's pretty sound of them considering Ed let slip that the couple were dating, and had moved in together. He's also reportedly been living in the actress' Malibu home rent-free recently. Not to mention dissing Jennifer Aniston's food, etc, etc.
50-year-old Courtney was previously married to David Arquette from 1999 to 2013, but she is said to be beside herself with joy ever since meeting the 38-year-old musician.
The mouthy mate added to The Sun: "She has never been happier. And even though it's her second marriage, she would like people important to her to be there."
It was recently revealed that Courteney is keen to get hitched in Ireland after falling in love with Ashford Castle in Lough Corrib, Galway, when visiting Johnny's family recently.
