Ellen DeGeneres is either Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes' favourite person in the world right now, or their most hated.

Ellen took to Twitter last night to congratulate the pair on their suspected looming baby, which OK! Magazine say is on the way. Ellen appears to have confirmed the pregnancy (if you believe that it's always Ellen who is tweeting from her account and not her staff) by saying: 'Congrats to @RyanGosling and @EvaMendes! That's going to be the most beautiful, bilingual, part-superhero, well-dressed, romantic baby ever' which is of course racking up the favourites and retweets almost as much as her famous Oscar selfie.

Knowing Ellen though, she could be just throwing fuel on the fire for her own kicks, but seeing as both Mendes and Gosling have appeared on her show a number of times and Mendes even appeared and denounced an earlier pregnancy rumour on The Ellen Show so one would imagine that all three parties are pretty close. Which means they're all in on the joke or a stunningly pretty and talented toddler is inbound into all of our lives.
