Bruce Jenner reportedly wants to remove his Adam's apple. Just 'cause. Well, more specifically, because he doesn't like his trachea.

The former Olympic gold medallist, who announced his split from Kris Jenner after 22 years of marriage in October, met with a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills on yesterday for a consultation about a procedure called a Laryngeal Shave, which would smooth out the lump in his neck.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star TMZ that he hasn't decided whether he will undergo the surgery - which is typically done on patients who are in the first stage of gender reassignment. The 64-year-old insisted that is not why he wants to have the procedure, saying: "I just never liked my trachea." The things folk focus on, hah.

Sources revealed that yesterday marked Bruce's second visit to the plastic surgeon's office recently and his doctor took photographs of him. An insider also claimed that the surgery has been scheduled for early next year.

Bruce, who has six children - including models Kendall and Kylie; two from his first marriage to Chrystie Crownover, Casey and Burt, and sons Brody, 30, and Brandon, 32, from his second marriage to Linda Thompson - and four stepchildren, including Kim Kardashian, underwent a procedure to remove cancerous cells from his nose in September.

In case you're thinking he's looking a little tweaked there, the retired athlete also went under the knife in 2009 to fix a botched nose job and partial facelift he had in 1984. He may also be getting some work done on his eyebrows.

Not that we tend to read into things or anything, but you'd be forgiven for thinking Bruce is trying to kommunikate something via the Kardashian Khristmas Kard.
