Everyone looked lovely, but perhaps they woud've looked lovelier if they had swapped outfits. Just a thought.
First, to the "demure" offerings of the evening. Selena Gomez was sporting an almost regal look, in an Eva Peron kinda way (it's Armani Prive in case you have a balcony to serenade your people from). It skims her figure perfectly, and the back is rather dramatic, but something is bothering me. I KEEP seeing Meryl Streep's head up there instead of Selena's. In other words, it's a stunning dress, but perhaps a little out of place on a 22-year-old. I too thought she was younger. Then again, I happen to see her as an 11-year-old on a Barney DVD at approximately 4:30pm each day.
Also looking rather demure is Rita Ora. Unfortunately she had to haul her Zac Posen ensemble around. Also - if we're picking holes (a tendency), perhaps another hue apart from Canary Yellow would've been better. It's just a bit a few seasons ago *ducks* - which is fine for your average mortal, not for red carpet stalwarts. Crazy Eyes, Taylor Shilling, Ella Henderson, Jesse J, Meghan Trainor, and weirdly - Nicki Minaj
Now to the 'revealing'. These folk managed to have it tastefully on display, which is something of an art form. Those who got it bang on include Kate Beckinsale, Kendall Jenner, Lauren Cohan, Jordin Sparks, Fergie, while Jennifer Lopez pushed the boundaries of this category quite a bit... but sure how else was she going to show off her rock hard abs.
And finally(ish) to the slightly 'unseemly'. There is only one entrant in this category. Bleona Qereti Brian. It is a tricky name to remember (putting a 'B' in front of Leona will do that), hence why she felt the need to employ pasties. And let's not forget the rear view.
Bleona, while sporting the worst ensemble of the night, wasn't wearing the most disappointing dress. Olivia Munn, what have you done?! It's like she's one of those seductress types from a 'Stop Smoking' campaign.
As for this shy and retiring sort, he's Ariana Grande's brother Frankie. To put him into perspective - he appeared on the 'regular Big Brother' in America.
