Make room in your diaries to see 'Yesterday' this summer
With such hit songs as 'Hey Jude', 'Yesterday', 'Here Comes the Sun' and 'Let It Be', The Beatles hold a place across the hearts of numerous generations.
Now a new film called 'Yesterday' based around music from The Beatles hits cinemas this year. It's got a stellar crew and cast behind it too with Danny Boyle directing, Richard Curtis penning the screenplay and Lily James in the cast.
The upcoming film sees 'Eastenders' star Himesh Patel play a struggling musician called Jack. One day during a worldwide blackout, he gets hit by a bus. When he awakens, he discovers that he is the only person in the world who remembers the songs of the Beatles. Jack plagiarizes their songs and becomes a musical star.
SNL star Kate McKinnon co-stars as does Ed Sheeran.
