A gremlin in the system, or an indication of a reunion of the world's biggest boyband?
The various members of One Direction have been keeping busy over the last couple of years with their solo projects, but rumours of a reunion tour in 2020 were sparked after a listing appeared on Ticketmaster's Australian website.
The listing noted that the boyband - who went on an 'indefinite hiatus' in 2016 - would appear at Melbourne's Etihad Stadium on December 31st, 2020 - but listed it as part of their 'On the Road Again' tour, which they completed in 2015.
Although it's more likely to be a bug in the system that caused it to appear online, fans have noted that 2020 marks the 10-year anniversary of their formation and so may be an indicator of their intention to regroup - even though a spokesperson said: "There are no gigs planned for One Direction currently.”
It's since been removed, but the rumour rages on...
