If you were wondering what the hell #IndieAmnesty was trending on Twitter for last night, it was kind of a mutual group therapy for recovering indie music fans.
Basically, people began metaphorically standing up and saying "My name is 'X' and I was an embarrassing indie fan when I was younger", and some of the results were pretty darned funny.
Even musicians like Franz Ferdinand frontman Alex Kapranos joined in the fray, as you'll see below.
