Liam Gallagher has obviously found something of a kindred spirit in Conor McGregor, as we learned over the weekend.

The rock star shared his admiration of the Dublin-born MMA fighter, having apparently watched the documentary about him, 'Notorious', and being so impressed that he declared it 'biblical'.

So impressed he was, in fact, that he wants him to appear in his new music video.

McGregor has yet to respond, but could this be the beginning of both a beautiful friendship and his first foray into the world of acting? Especially considering The Rock himself also tweeted about watching the doc and loving it (see below):
