It's only a few weeks until Foo Fighters take the stage at Slane, and the American rockers are warming up in the most unexpected of ways.

Dave Grohl and co. surprised crowds at the Conejo Valley Days county fair in California at the weekend by performing a number of covers.

Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins also plays drums with covers band Chevy Metal, and his Foos bandmates happened to join him on stage for a couple of them.
