Ed Sheeran will play his biggest headline gig to date this summer when he hits Dublin's Croke Park in July.
The UK singer-songwriter has enjoyed a huge surge in his fanbase - both here and internationally - since the release of his album x.
He'll play the stadium on July 24th.
"I always love coming back to Ireland," he said. "Irish audiences really are among the best in the world. I am so looking forward to stepping onto that stage in the magnificent stadium that is Croke Park on Friday 24 July”.
Tickets are €69.45 (including booking fee) and on sale at 9am next Thursday, February 26th from usual outlets nationwide.
Sheeran is the second act to be announced for a Croke Park gig in 2015; Dublin trio The Script will play a sold-out date at the home of the GAA on June 20th.
