Stop press - it looks like there's a new frontrunner for the prestigious Christmas Number One slot in the UK and Irish singles charts.
Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars's nifty slice of funk-pop Uptown Funk wasn't meant to be released until January - but after X Factor contestant Fleur East covered it on the show last weekend, they've been forced to bring the release forward by five weeks.
East's version was available to download immediately after her performance, and went straight to the top of the charts. "Yeah I'm really sorry," she said, apologising to Ronson. "All I can say is it's props to all their creative hard work because it's an amazing song."
