Belle And Sebastian's fourth studio album finds Scotland's finest most successful unknown band in a playful mood. The highlight of the non-egalitarian-titled album is 'Woman's Realm', and though Stevie Jackson's whisper at times threatens to grown into a Cohenesque baritone, B and S maintain their reputation for supplying shy murmured insights in the most melodic of fashions.
