If there's one thing you can say about Barack Obama, it's that he knows his music.
The President of the United States had previously posted summer Spotify playlists that gave a taste of his solid musical inclinations, from Stevie Wonder to Van Morrison to Justin Timberlake and Coldplay, and previously discussed how Kanye West's 'Touch the Sky' was one of his all-time favourites.
Now, he has named his favourite track of 2015 and it's probably the only time you'll hear a world leader espousing the virtues of rap.
'How Much a Dollar Cost' is a Kendrick Lamar track, taken from his recent album 'To Pimp a Butterfly', and was number one in The White House this year. Michelle Obama's favourite track, on the other hand, was 'Uptown Funk'.
In case you're wondering, 'The Martian' was the POTUS's favourite film.
