The actor picked up the globe for 'Actor in a Musical or Comedy' for his role in Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
He managed to beat fellow nominees Michael J. Fox, Jim Parsons, Jason Bateman, and Don Cheadle.
The funny man is rarely lost for words but he certainly was last night!
