For those that don't know, the 2001 film 'Wet Hot American Summer' pretty much stars everyone you love now in Hollywood, and at this stage the movie has become a bit of a cult classic. Now, the entire original cast, including the likes of Paul Rudd, Bradley Cooper and Amy Poehler, are reuniting for this upcoming TV series for Netflix which will be called 'Wet Hot American Summer - First Day of Camp'.
The show, which is set to be a prequel, also stars Elizabeth Banks, Janeane Garofalo, Michael Ian Black, Nina Hellman, Joe LoTruglio, Ken Marino, Christopher Meloni, Marguerite Moreau, Zak Orth, David Hyde Pierce, Marisa Ryan, Molly Shannon, Michael Showalter and even Jon Hamm and Kristen Wiig. Seriously, everyone.
The original film followed a group of counselors on the last day of camp in the summer of 1981, with the running joke being that the cast, who were ten years too old to be playing their parts initially, would now be playing younger versions of those same roles, but this time be twenty years too old.
All eight episodes will premiere on Netflix on 31st July 2015 at 8am, BUT, you can look at the first official trailer for it below.
And it truly looks bloody HILARIOUS.
