We've had pictures from the set, we've had teasers and posters galore, but up until now, we didn't have even one trailer of the upcoming Gilmore Girls revival series to sink our teeth into.
However, at 4pm this evening, Netflix gave our first proper glimpse of our favourite mother-daughter duo in action in its much anticipated trailer.
The four-part series is set to arrive on the streaming service on the 25th of November, with each hour-and-a-half episode focusing on one season of the year.
It will see all the original cast returning, except of course for Edward Herrmann, who played Richard Gilmore, as the actor sadly passed away in 2014. There is a fitting tribute to him that you will see in the trailer in the form of a wall-length portrait, while we see that Emily is clearly struggling to deal with life without her other half.
Meanwhile, the fast-paced banter is as strong as ever between Lorelai and Rory, while Luke is still desperately trying to get them to eat healthier, and Sookie is still causing havoc in the kitchen.
Sigh.
We've missed this lot.
