"My plans are still to go back to Ireland eventually, and bring Chloe and my mum"
We got to chat to 'Love Island' finalist Toby Aromolaran after he became a brand ambassador for Boohooman.
The 'Love Island' star talked to us about his love of fashion and about his time in the villa. Toby also reflected on his relationship with girlfriend Chloe and their future together.
During the reality series, Toby's mum Victoria, who hails from Crossmolina in Mayo, visited her son and got a huge reception on Twitter.
We asked Toby Aromolaran about what his Irish roots mean to him.
"So as a kid, I used to spend all my summer holidays in Ireland," he tells us.
"I'd spend six weeks in Ireland with my family there. I used to always love going there. It was the best time of my summers, enjoying myself, and there's a big family there with all the kids."
Toby adds: "I was actually supposed to go to Ireland before 'Love Island', but then COVID hit and I was like, 'Yeah, we can't go anymore.'
"So my plans are still to go back to Ireland eventually, I don't know what time. When things start dying off, hopefully I can go and bring Chloe and bring my mum as well -we'll all go to Ireland and have a good time!"
Toby says his priority when he visits Ireland is to visit Crossmolina and introduce Chloe to his family and friends.
