It was a night for TV fans as the The National Television Awards took place in London last night. The awards show had the cream of British TV's crop, all lined out in their Sunday best - and we have to say, for the most part, they scrub up well.
Some awards were no surprises - Ant and Dec managed to scoop the entertainment presenters award for a massive thirteenth year in a road, as well as Julie Hesmondhalgh getting the well-deserved award for her role as Hayley Cropper in Corrie. Our own Mrs Browns Boys continued on its winning streak by clinching the prize for best comedy. That show is playing a blinder really around the world some how, isn't it?
