Superman! Lois! Super-children? Sure, why not.
Seeing as how nobody's sure what's happening with Henry Cavill and the movie version of Superman, The CW is pressing ahead with their own version - played by none other than Tyler Hoechlin, AKA the child actor from 'Road To Perdition'.
Much like 'The New Adventures of Lois & Clark' from the '90s, this iteration will be focused on home life rather than destroying entire cities ala Zack Snyder's version of Supes. The TV series will follow Clark and Lois as they try to raise their two sons, Jonathan and Jordan, while maintaining his alter-ego as Superman.
Lois, this time around, is played by Elizabeth Tulloch, who starred in the crossover event 'Crisis On Infinite Earths' alongside Hoechlin, while other familiar characters such as Lana Lang, Spartan, and Samuel Lane are all set to make appearances.
The sad part is that there's no word yet on when 'Superman & Lois' will be available on TV channels this side of the Atlantic, but odds are it'll most likely end up on Sky 1 as the previous CW show did in the past.
The series kicks off on The CW on February 23rd.
