An unlikely duo if there ever was one, but then Comic Relief does have a way of bring people together.

David Walliams tweeted recently that he had just finished filming a sketch for Red Nose day with Professor Stephen Hawking and Catherine Tate.

The Little Britain revival will see Walliams return to his carer character Lou, however it will be Hawking in the wheelchair now as opposed to Andy (Matt Lucas), while Tate is set to play a nun. The sketch was filmed at St John’s College, Cambridge University, where Professor Hawking is a director of research.
