"There's no milk in it"

Saoirse Ronan is busy on the publicity trail for her upcoming role as the iconic Jo March in 'Little Women'. She stopped by 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert' last night for a chat with the host and the first thing she did was complain about the cold and ask for a cup of tea. You can take the girl out of Ireland...

Saoirse was her usual charming self, chatting away about starring alongside Timothée Chalamet once more, and how she pretty much insisted Greta Gerwig cast her as Jo in her adaptation. 25-year-old Saoirse has also just received her impressive fourth Golden Globe nomination.

Colbert's team obliged Saoirse's request for a cup of tea but made the rookie mistake of putting no milk in it. (It may sound like Saoirse's being a bit of diva here but she totally pulls it off.)

Hopefully, Saoirse will be back home for a visit where she can get a decent cuppa.

Meanwhile, you can catch her in 'Little Women' when it hits cinemas on December 26th.
