The 'Fair City' actor scored just 13 points for his salsa dance
It's fair to say that Rory Cowan was probably not the most popular name on this year's 'Dancing with the Stars' line-up - at least on social media, where many people claimed to have been blocked by the actor.
However, the 'Fair City' and former 'Mrs. Brown's Boys' actor gave his all in the dancing contest during his brief stint - and as he said in the opening episode, he was there to enjoy himself.
Cowan was the first celebrity to be eliminated on last night's episode, scoring 13 points for dancing the salsa to the 'Macarena' with pro dancer Jillian Bromwich, and landing bottom of the combined leaderboard.
"I'm delighted with myself that I've done the show," he said afterwards. "I loved every minute of it. I've no regrets at all."
Wild Youth's David Whelan is top of the leaderboard going into week four, followed closely by Blu Hydrangea and Katja Mia.
