The Red Wedding has gone down in 'Game of Thrones' history as one of the most memorable moments of the series (so far). In what was supposed to be a happy day for Richard Madden and his character Robb Stark, turned into an absolute bloodbath that left us thinking there was no good left in the world.
Since departing the fantasy series, Richard Madden has gone on to boast quite an impressive CV. As well as playing Sergeant David Budd in 'Bodyguard,' he's also played Romeo in the West End version of 'Romeo and Juliet'. Apparently, even while filming 'Game of Thrones' Richard's character received more scenes than Robb would have normally, due to his splendid acting skills.
As well as this, he's also been tipped to be the new Bond, after Daniel Craig's final outing arrives sometime late next year.
Now, British GQ has placed Richard on the cover of their latest edition, and had a chat with the actor.

Not only that, the men's magazine fancied making the actor squirm, and had him re-watch that dastardly scene from 'The Rains of Castamere' that will live on forever in our minds no matter how much we try to forget it.
Richard, who seems sheepishly prepared to watch the scene unfold, says to the team "I think it's really rude you've made me watch this."
And we're inclined to agree with you there, Richard. However, the little tidbits of behind-the-scenes information that he provides is quite interesting; who knew that the drummer from the scene was actually the drummer from Coldplay? It was worth the painful watch after all.
