You won't be able to unsee this

There's much to admire in Rachel Green, the iconic sitcom character played by Jennifer Aniston on 'Friends'.

Rachel Green had style and let's not forget all the #hairgoals she inspired during the '90s.

The character grows up much throughout the series, from spoiled runaway bride to successful businesswoman.

Moreover, anyone can put up with Ross' neediness and jealousy is a saint in our books.

But as with anyone, Rachel Green is only human, coming with her own grating little quirks.

Heck, an early episode of 'Friends' s dedicated to the characters' annoying habits.

While this particular habit of Rachel's has been pointed in the past, it's resurfaced since thanks to Tiktok.

User @Cts.trphe shared a clip saying: "What I'm about to say is going to ruin your life, especially if you are a big fan of the show 'Friends'.

"If you are a big fan of that show, I'm begging you, scroll away, because I'm going to ruin your life.

"Jennifer Aniston has this sort of vocal tic that she does at the beginning of every single sentence that she starts, on any show that she's in.

"It's very specific and it's very hard to un-see once you notice it."

A montage of clips from the sitcom follows in which Rachel Greene consistently clears her throat before delivering lines.

It's a very frequent habit, as you can see in this Youtube video showing Aniston doing it 200 hundred times across the series.
