As has been well documented at this stage, The Great British Bake Off's move from the BBC to Channel 4 alienated many fans. 

Despite the fact that the Channel 4 version has retained the services of Paul Hollywood and has recruited the likes of Noel Fielding into the new look line up, it still looks like the team will have to work hard in order to win over fans that were upset with the move. 

What better way to do that than by posting photos of the gang having a jolly old time on set? 

With the country in meltdown yesterday thanks to the heatwave, production on the show was halted so everyone could enjoy a nice ice pop to help them cool down. And without missing a trick, Paul Hollywood made sure to get a photo of the moment and post it to Twitter. 

He even referred to the panel as 'The Fab Four' which no doubt will irk some fans. Noel Fielding took to Twitter later that evening to express his love for his fellow panelists. 

Sandi Toksvig also got in on the action with a pun-tastic contribution.

Well at least they all like each other. Hopefully the fans will too.
