If you caught the first episode of 'Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls' on Channel 4 last night, you'll have had an insight into A. How inept and stupid most of the celebs are when it comes to survival and B. How quickly everything went downhill for all involved.

Well it turns out that that was just the beginning of it all, with things about to get a lot worse if 'Made In Chelsea' star Ollie Locke's (slightly spoilery) Instagram post from last night is anything to go by.

Locke shared the below picture before last night's broadcast of episode one of the series that sees a host of 'celebrities' trying to survive on desert island as part of Channel 4’s Stand Up To Cancer programming schedule.

Having claimed he had nothing to survive with on the island other than a knife, Locke posted a photo showing just how much weight he lost on his stint on the show - a whopping 2.5 stone. But according to an interview he did on ITV's 'Lorraine', it was the water that was the biggest issue, saying "The dehydration is so severe you actually get to dangerous levels."

We guess we'll just have to wait and see just how bad things get.
