So much for her never doing reality TV again... her public vow lasted all of two weeks.
Apparently she did rather well during her "guest appearance" on Dutch DOI alongside partner Matt Evers, she managed to keep her boobs contained and everything (largely thanks to her collarbone skirting neckline. Wise).
Speaking of her impromptu appearance on the Dutch show, she said: "I'm happy to show the real routine and show the UK what it was supposed to look like. I have spent months in training."
This is a slightly more positive view than the one expressed on This Morning after she was booted off the English version on the 1st show due to a 'wardrobe malfunction'. She said: "I'm never doing this again. No. Last time. Because I don't think I should be in this kind of environment anymore, I don't know what I'm doing. Everybody around me in my life and in my career is always telling me not to do these things."
But, then again, everyone's got a price.
Keeping with the UK version of the show, Oona King was the third contestant to be ousted last night - and it wasn't really her fault. He partner, Mark Hanretty, near dislocated his shoulder after hopping it off the ice. It had to be popped back in. You'd think the judges would've been a bit more lenient given the circumstances, but - then again - Oona King was never going to win, was she, on account of her being a labour politician trying to showcase her 'personality.' That rarely goes down well.
For those of you rapidly losing interest in Dancing On Ice, we should all really be watching Got To Dance (SKY 1 6pm). Jo Scanlon's frantic hip thrusting last night cheered me up no end, that and it is a genuine platform for actual talent. A rarity in reality TV land nowadays.
