TV's most power hungry couple will be back for a third series of political antics. Netflix has confirmed the hugely popular show House of Cards will return again after this coming second series which is set to air on February 14.
The drama, which is one of the first Netlfix produced shows, has been nominated for a rake of awards this last year, with its star Robin Wright bagging a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a TV series. A well-deserved win at that, remember Robin Wright as Jennnnnny from Forrest Gump? She is pretty much unrecognisable from those days, with her short hair and her character's cold, cold heart.
Kevin Spacey joins her in playing ambitious married couple Frank and Claire Underwood who are ruthless on their quest for power. The first series saw them lay a web of lies, deceit and manipulation that practically had you slow clapping at the end of each episode. We almost dread to think how far they will go in this coming series, and indeed the third - President Frank Underwood? It's looking that way! God help us all.
