Former footballer-turned-reality TV star Mike Thalassitis was 26.
Mike Thalassitis, best known for his stint on the 2017 season of 'Love Island', has died at the age of 26.
Chris Hughes, who appeared on 'Love Island' opposite Thalassitis, shared the news via Twitter and was later confirmed by the reality TV star's reps.

Thalassitis, prior to joining 'Love Island', was a professional footballer and had last played football for regional side Margate. Thalassitis also had caps for the Cypriot Under 19 and Under 21 national teams.

Fellow 'Love Island' contestants Lauryn Goodman and Tyla Carr shared their condolences on Twitter. No further details have been announced regarding his passing.
