Will & Grace fans were whipped into a frenzy back in September at the prospect of a series reboot.
In the end it turned out the cast were just reuniting to film a sketch for the US Presidential election, which was great but still left die hard fans wanting more from Will, Grace, Jack, and Karen.
So the question remains. Could we see a proper revival of the hit show? Megan Mullally has given her two cents to Pride Source.
“All I can say is that there is a very good chance that that might happen,” she said. “It’s not happening right this second. I mean, we’re not rehearsing or anything like that. But there is a very good chance that something is going to materialize.”
Debra Messing has previously described how she could see a Will & Grace 2.0 working were it ever to happen. She told People back in September:
“If there was a Will & Grace 2.0, my wish is that we did 10 [episodes] on, like, Netflix or Amazon or somewhere where it could be the naughty version of Will & Grace,”
“Because you know we were on network television and there were certain lines of common storytelling that we were limited to so it would be fun to kind of go into that world where nothing is held back.”
We would be 100% on board with that. Get on it Netflix!
