Lucas took to Twitter to deny a story originally printed in the Daily Mail.
Although everyone's desperate to see 'Little Britain' and the comedy duo of Matt Lucas and David Walliams back together again, it looks like it's still just a dream.
Rumours began to surface again when a Daily Mail story yesterday claimed that the duo were set to reunite with a view to writing a new 'Little Britain' sketch for Comic Relief in 2019. The story claimed that Lucas and Walliams had patched up their feud, with an unnamed source saying that they were having "serious discussions to work together next year."
While Walliams hasn't publicly commented on the story, Matt Lucas took to Twitter last night and publicly denied the story, saying that "I can assure you I don't give interviews to the Daily Mail so you can ignore that Baz Bamigboye story today for a start."

Walliams, for his part, has said that he's open to the idea of reuniting for some live shows of 'Little Britain'. In an interview with Chris Evans on BBC radio last month, Walliams said that he'd be up for it, and that were live shows to happen, they'd most likely take in New Zealand, Australia and here in Ireland.
For now, it's all just talk so the question is whether anything comes of it.
