After appearing for a single season on the hit TV show, Kylie Minogue has now said that she's to quit The Voice. Speaking to The Mirror UK, Minogue has said that filming for the TV show will clash with her tour dates in support of her new album, Kiss Me Once. The singer has said that the show is "taxing" for her and will not be able to balance appearing on the show for a second season and her touring dates.
Minogue, who had signed a £500,000 deal to appear on The Voice UK, recently released the first single from her new album. The song, Sexercise, has met with some backlash following a raunchy music video that involved Minogue getting raunchy with an exercise ball. As you do.
BBC have said, however, that they're prepared to move filming dates to fit Minogue's schedule. This announcement comes as the show heads into the live stages tonight at 6:45PM. Minogue has announced tour dates for the O2 Dublin in November 8.
