If you're a big fan of The US Office (which ends on May 16th - wah) then you'll be delighted to hear that you'll be seeing a bit more of John Krasinski aka Jim, or America's answer to Martin Freeman's Tim. Y'see, he's going to be appearing in the brand new series of Arrested Development on Netflix, which launches on May 26th.
The details of Krasinki's role are being kept under wraps for now, but Entertainment Weekly says he'll be guest starring in at least one episode. It'll be interesting to see what the writers have lined up for him: Krasinki's been universally praised for his take on nice guy Jim, and his tumultuous relationship with on-screen missus, Pam, has been at the heart of The US Office since day 1. Think Tim and Dawn take America. His real life missus, Emily Blunt, is one lucky, lucky lady...
Speaking of Arrested Development though, the new Netflix series had its first big premiere in LA last night. Jason Bateman, David Cross, Portia DeRossi, Michael Cera and co all turned out on the red carpet, looking rather suave indeed. You can have a nose through that there gallery below to see who joined them.
Don't forget, all 15 episodes of the new series will be available to stream on Netflix in Ireland (and around the globe) from May 26th at 8.01am. We know where we'll be spending our Sunday inallinanyways!
