Although the name may not be immediately familiar to audiences, Jack Riley's voice has been lent to one of the most iconic characters in recent TV history.

For over nine seasons and several movies, Riley was the voice of Stu Pickles, the world-weary father of Tommy Pickles. Riley's monotone voice became synonymous with the show and with the character.

Before Rugrats, Riley was a regular casting for comedy icon Mel Brooks and appeared in Spaceballs, History Of The World, Part I and High Anxiety. Riley was also a regular guest star on '70s sitcom The Bob Newhart Show and had many guest appearances on shows such as Seinfeld, That '70s Show and SNL.

Riley passed away at the age of 80 and was survived by his wife, two children and relatives.
