Well, what else was there on telly last night?
Last night saw RTÉ air the world-famous interview between Oprah Winfrey, Meghan Markle, and Prince Harry.
Although the interview had already been aired in the US that day, Irish viewers only got to see it last night at 9.30 on RTÉ 2. The interview covered a wide range of topics, including the bombshell reveal that someone in the Royal Family had raised concerns about the skin tone of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's child.
Speculation has been rife since then as to who it was, with many suspecting Prince Phillip as the likely culprit. However, Oprah Winfrey said in an interview with CBS the morning after the interview aired that it was not Prince Phillip nor was it the Queen either.
All that aside, some of the jokes in what's clearly a very serious situation helped to make light of it all. On top of that, you also have the fact that Irish people and British royalty have, uh, something of a history. Like 800 years of it.
Needless to say, that'll filter nicely into some of the content.
Here's some of the best.
