All arriving later this year

There's a lot more TV coming our way this year.

According to this new HBO trailer, we'll be hunkering down with plenty more new and returning TV shows for the remainder of 2021.

As well as the eleventh season of Larry David's 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' and the third season of Brian Cox's 'Succession', there will also be many more exciting shows to look forward to. No exact release dates have been nailed down - but we'll take the news for now.

Titles such as 'Mare of Easttown' with Kate Winslet, 'Scenes From a Marriage' with Jessica Chastain and Oscar Isaac, and 'The White Lotus' with Molly Shannon, Connie Britton and Jennifer Coolidge are also lined up for release in 2021.

There will also be a new documentary based on the life of superstar Tina Turner, 'Tina', as well as new docuseries 'Allen v. Farrow'.

More than likely, most of these titles will be available to watch in Ireland with Sky and NOW TV this year too. For the most part, the TV provider has been showing the majority of new HBO titles over on this side of the Atlantic, with 'The Undoing' and 'Lovecraft Country' examples of TV shows we saw in 2020.

In 2019, the companies inked a five-year deal whereby the US titles would be available in Ireland and the UK through Sky's extensive channels.

Here's the HBO trailer for you.

When a HBO trailer montage gets released like this, it's hard not to look forward to a 'Game of Thrones' tease being included in it. Sadly, 'GOT' as we know it is gone forever.

However, there will be some George R. R. Martin goodness to look forward to in 2022. The prequel series 'House of the Dragon', which will star Matt Smith, Paddy Considine, Rhys Ifans, and Olivia Cooke, was teased in a previous HBO trailer before Christmas. There are a couple of other planned 'GOT' projects on the way too - a spin-off series and an animation.
