Glen Hansard and Victoria Smurfit are among the guests on The Late Late Show Friday night.

Glen Hansard gained fame as a member of The Frames. He also starred in 'The Commitments' and 'Once.' The latter earned him an Oscar for Best Original Song.

Smurfit is an actress known for her roles in 'Once Upon a Time', 'Ballykissangel', 'Bulletproof Monk' and 'About a Boy.'

Hansard will be talking about the journey he took which is the subject of documentary 'Camino Voyage'. In 2014 he joined a number of artists and musicians to travel 2500km from Ireland to Santiago de Compostela in Northern Spain.

Both Smurfit and her 14 year old daughter Eve are on the show. Eve was diagnosed with Stargardt’s Macular Dystrophy, an eye condition which eventually leads to blindness. Host Ryan Tubridy will discuss with them the impact the diagnosis has had on the family and their charity work.

Dog lovers will love the pooches that will be joining Ryan from Dogs Trust. The charity is highlighting the harm associated with buying dogs from bad breeders with their campaign “How is that Doggie in the Window?”

'Dancing With The Stars' judge Julian Benson returns to the 'Late Late Show' to talk about the Cystic Fibrosis foundation he is setting up, and the charity ball he has organised to raise funds.
