Remember last year when a Friends uber fan spotted a moment from the show where Rachel went from being Jennifer Aniston one moment and a completely random person the next? Well it turns out there's a Monica version too!

In the episode, 'The One With Rachel's Date' a double standing in for Monica can be seen sitting on the Central Perk couch talking to Phoebe. 

The best part is that it isn't a blink and you'll miss it type moment. The stand in is lingering there for a good few seconds.

People have been asking why is it that we're only noticing these stand ins popping up now, a full twelve years since the show ended and the answer will make you feel better about not copping it when it originally aired. 

Friends, like most classic sitcoms was not designed for widescreen and was shot in the 4:3 aspect ratio. So the stand ins would have been cropped out when the show originally aired. With the shift to widescreen, it's only now that the stand ins are visible to audiences when they're watching re-runs. 

So we've one each for Monica and Rachel. What's the odds we'll get one for each of the Friends before too long?
