"They're not robots, Rick!"

The creator's of 'Rick and Morty' released a new teaser video on their Twitter page, and fans have been going nuts. And we don't mean excited nuts, we mean angry nuts.

With the release of the new video, creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon decided not to give any information on when exactly we can expect to see season four of 'Rick and Morty.'

Instead, they captioned the video as "Rick. Morty. Rick. Morty. Rick. Morty." It features a voice-over saying their names over and over again, while the characters appear in various different reincarnations. The finishing shot also features the duo's nemesis Evil Morty.

Suffice it to say, fans are not one bit happy (get ready for a 'Rick and Morty' GIF-overload).

'Rick and Morty' will be returning to our screens at some point in the future, with 70 more episodes already in the pipeline. Unfortunately though, we don't know exactly when that will be. Early last year writer, producer and voice actor Ryan Ridley said that "no-one" was currently working on the show, but no doubt this teaser means a concrete release date is just around the corner... right?
