There are only two weeks left in this year's Great British Bake Off and as we approach the semi-final, fans of the show were devastated last night to find out that favourite Liam will not be apart of it.
19-year-old Liam was the show's youngest contestant and we had all taken him into our hearts. He was quite the talented baker too, with many hoping he would go on to win.
That was not to be, however, with a very undercooked tart and an overmixed sponge leading to his downfall last night. There were tears aplenty in the tent as Sandi had the unfortunate task of telling Liam that his time on the show was up.
While Liam took to Twitter to voice his optimism that this is only the beginning for him - which it is, in fairness, at just 19 - others did not take the news so well...

Taught my 7 year old not to use the word “literally” wrong. She went to bed crying after #GBBO saying “Liam broke my heart; figuratively"
