Love a bit of This & That
Last night's episode of 'Derry Girls' was as nineties nostalgia as it gets as the girls and the wee English fella set out on an expedition to see Take That in Belfast.
Things didn't go to plan from the get-go as the threat of an escaped polar bear stopped them in their tracks. They hatched a scheme to lie to their parents and take the bus to Belfast, but sure when has anything ever gone to plan with this lot?
As usual, fans were loving it, even Gary Barlow got involved, tweeting about the show ahead of its air time.
Not sure what this Derry Girls is - but it’s on channel 4 tonight at 9.15 - could be fun

To which Dylan Llewellyn (James - AKA the wee English fella) replied:
‘I just respect him as a singer song writer!’🤷♂️😌

Some people grind their whole lives to achieve the status of icon, yet Sister Michael manages it in two seconds of screentime. #DerryGirls pic.twitter.com/xZrHkMFSTM

Just want to take a minute to celebrate @Tommedian's #DerryGirls performance tonight. He conveyed so much in one look at the TV. Made me a little emotional, actually. Love Gerry. pic.twitter.com/AHSiWUNoEz

Tommy Tiernan not ratting out the girls made me unexpectedly bawl crying this evening #DerryGirls

Y’all ever notice that Orla, Michelle, Erin and James have started wearing rainbow pins on their jackets ever since Claire came out? I fucking love this show #DerryGirls
