"Wanna play?"
When it comes to horror icons of the '80s and '90s, there's always a few familiar faces - Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees, Freddy Kreuger, and of course, Chucky.
While there was the better-than-expected reboot of 'Child's Play' last year with none other than Mark Hamill voicing the little doll, a TV series has also been in the works since the movie was first announced - and late last night, the first teaser debuted online.
'Chucky' sees the murderous munchkin make his TV debut, and is set to land on USA and Syfy in the US in 2021, with the series likely reaching our screens via Netflix or Prime Video. In this version of the story, a rural town is plagued by a string of violent murders in the wake of a vintage Chucky doll appearing at a yard sale.
If that sounds ridiculous, then you've never watched a single frame of the 'Child's Play' franchise. It's nothing but ridiculous horror, from start to finish.
Here's the teaser.
