That said, there is, admittedly, something oddly compelling about his Carpool Karaoke with Chance the Rapper.
The hip-hop star is the latest to slide into the passenger seat beside Corden for a 'lift to work' across Los Angeles.
As well as running through songs like 'All Day Long', 'No Problem' and 'Cross Me', they discussed the Obamas, Kanye West and eating vegetables. As you do.
